Christopher Holmes, a.k.a. Chef spankDADDY

Lowcountry born and self-taught, Chef spankDADDY has built a name feeding South Carolina one plate at a time — backyard cookouts, birthday parties, church repasts, office lunches, game days. Everything's cooked to order: ribs off the smoker, wings in ten flavors, cajun shrimp pasta, hand-rolled eggrolls, and sides that taste like somebody's grandmother made them.
